Service and payment structure
Our objective is that KOLs have skin in the game while benefiting from the upside!
Services
- Grindery will agree with every KOL on a specific amount of posts for specific channels (Twitter/X, Youtube, etc) during a 6 week period
- Grindery will provide the KOL with general brief, education and marketing assets prior to or during the campaigns
- Grindery will notify the KOL when new media coverage (paid or organic) has been published for amplification by the KOL.
- The KOL commits to amplifying the available content in alignment with Grindery business objectives.
Payment
- You receive 2x your campaign fee in GX tokens upfront (e.g. $10,000 in GX for a $5,000 campaign)
- Tokens are locked for 3 months
- Grindery has the right (not obligation) to buy back 80% after 30 days at the original value
- The remaining 20% is yours to hold and potentially benefit from token upside
- No matter what, you always get at least your full service value
