Experienced moderators become “SuperMods”
Primary functions
- detect and remove undesired messages
- detect and ban users with malicious intent
- be present in channel as deterrent
- help to identify and vet potential moderators
Desired functions
- same as moderators
Qualification
- use of Telegram premium for use of translation feature required
- PLUS: same as moderator
Compensation
Given the rapid growth we had no opportunity to implement a formal moderator and ambassador program yet. All moderator compensation is done in a case by case basis. We expect to build a more formal program by the end of February 2024.
